Guess who crashed Merle’s Civic in a three car accident on his way to Harvard (but still got there on time)?

I wisely didn’t bring it up during my interrogation. Would you hire the guy who crashed on the way to the interview? I figure I’ve got a 20% chance on landing it, I wasn’t terrible but didn’t nail it either. Some of my personality came out at the end which was a good thing. Now I have to prep for another one at 3. The fun won’t begin until I pick Merle up at 6 in her smashed up car though.

  1. …. yikes.. that’s not good.. how bad was the damage? i’m also interviewing for the first time relevant to my career and having difficulty with the whole process so i did a few workshops, thought it was all pretty much common sense it helped reinforce some of the things i was missing… best of luck 🙂
btw, rubber soul’s my favorite album!

  2. so… how’d she take to the news..? so do you prefer the beatle’s later stuff? i gravitate more towards their older stuff.. the ‘classics’ if you will .. but every beatles fan i’ve talked to always has different preferences -either their classic stuff or newer stuff.  i personally like rubber soul cause my all-time favorite song is in it “in my life”.. but if i had to pick their best album overall it would have to be ‘a hard day’s night… cliche, i know… otherwise ‘the red album’ if that counts as an album.

  3. ironic choice in songs today, eh? i like your variety of faces. 42 it is then. i assumed you were alluding to that but of course, i am never one to assume. i just saw that movie, although i’ve never read the books. meaning to though. and even though you didnt ask, MY favorite beatles album is the white album of course… i like the newer stuff, the psychedelics… look for the girl with kaleidescope eyes… i took one of those tests, “which beatles album are you” and i was Magical Mystery Tour which is also on my top favorites, probably after Abbey Road.
